Your rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You have 14 (Fourteen) calendar days to request a return on an item from the date you received it.
    All returns MUST be requested via email in the first instance.
    The return requested email MUST  be received during the 14 day cool off period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
IMPORTANT: Any security seals must be intact and un-tampered*
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt and proof of purchase.
You must send all items to us by recorded next day delivery**

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will notify you by the next working day on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment only.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies***
All refunds are issued in accordance with our full terms and conditions.

Purchases of any products which contain digital downloads are covered by the terms and condition of sale and are covered by the standard laws governing purchases of digital products.
Use of any purchases (or part) within the legal cool off period immediately invalidates any request for a refund.
All Digital downloads are available for purchase as part of singular purchases
Inclusion of a digital product as part of a larger product purchase, are still subject o the same 14 day cool off period.
Any use of a digital product provided as part of a purchase, means you agree to specifically waiver your 14 day cool off period (or any other cool off period applicable by law).
